The HTY-AW01-MC water activity meter is an equipment independently developed and produced by Zhejiang Tailin Analysis, specifically designed to detect the free water content in samples. The HTY-AW01-MC water activity meter adopts the principle of mirror condensation, which measures the relative humidity based on the saturated vapor pressure corresponding to the dew point temperature and calculates the water activity. The mirror condensation dew point method can be traced back to international/national reference methods and can be traced back to the International Basic Units of Measurement (SI units).
